POWER SUIT

Concept

At the moment, i felt a fascination for the history of space suits.
During my design process, I attempted to approach my developpment with some nimbleness and was curious to see what combining the traditionnal kimono with the modern space suit would bring

In the end, i disovered the middle ground that the two opposing suits  share is their
symbolism for power. As much as the different types of kimono show power and status, the creation of the space suit and who could reach for the stars first was a symbol of superiority as well.
